Shipping and Return Policy
Returns
We do not except returns on pieces due to color or size discrepancy. We state under each description that pieces may vary because of the handmade nature of the pottery. You are welcome to contact us by phone if you are not happy and we will see what we could do to help you.
Damaged Pottery
We try our best to package our pottery as best we can for safe travels. If you receive your package and the pottery is broken upon opening, please take a picture of your package and broken pieces and email us or call us about your damaged piece.
You must notify us within 2 day of receiving your items in order to get credit for your broken pottery piece.
We will not give refunds but we will remake your items that were broken and mail them free of charge.
